FriendlyFavor is an all purpose request tool that is more efficient than email for managing favors and other requests. It is a unique way to reach out to your trusted network. Instead of finding and sorting endless strings of email, FriendlyFavor keeps all of your responses together and organized in one place, with a built-in ways to thank those who help you out!
To join FriendlyFavor, simply click on Create an Account from the homepage.
We only need your name, email address, and ZIP code. We respect your privacy.
You do not have to be a member of FriendlyFavor to view other’s Favors, however in order to respond and participate in someone’s FriendlyFavor or to create your own FriendlyFavor, you must become a member.
FriendlyFavor is free!
If you choose to thank someone using a gift card or a donation to charity, then you will pay the cost of that gift. You may also request payment for a FriendlyFavor in the form of cash or something else entirely, but you do not need to spend a dime in order to use and enjoy FriendlyFavor.
You will receive a simple email whenever someone sends you a FriendlyFavor. This will happen whether you are a member or not.
When you join and create your own FriendlyFavor, you have the option to decide whether you would like to be emailed each time one of your Peeps responds or if you would like to check the FriendlyFavor responses yourself.
If you would like to cut down on messages being sent to your email inbox, select the ‘No - I will check the Favor Page myself.’ setting.
Be assured, your email address has not been added to a mailing list. The FriendlyFavors you receive are being sent to you directly by someone in your network and we are unable to prevent these from being sent. You will need to contact the individual(s) directly if you would like them to stop sending you FriendlyFavors.
To invite others to view your FriendlyFavor, simply type their email addresses into the section titled “Who should get this?” and then send your FriendlyFavor. You can also import your email addresses from Plaxo, AOL, GMail, Outlook, and Yahoo!
People you email do not need to be member of FriendlyFavor to receive or view your Favor.
Peeps describe your friends, colleagues, family, and anyone else in your network you reach out to on a regular basis.
FriendlyFavor uses the “Address Book Access Widget” from Plaxo (now part of Comcast).

The widget currently supports Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail and .csv formatted files.
You can now import contacts from the "WLMContacts.csv" file into FriendlyFavor using the Plaxo Address Book Widget.

FriendlyFavor makes thanking someone fun! If you’re like us, you are always looking for ways to try and thank people in your network. With FriendlyFavor you can easily thank someone by sending them a gift card, making a donation to a designated charity or simply returning the favor.
Whether you choose a gift card from many of the Internet’s leading retailers or an online contribution to designated charities on someone’s behalf, FriendlyFavor makes thanking someone easy and rewarding.
If you select a gift card, donation to charity or other form of payment, the name and/or logo of the vendor or organization will appear on the “My Favors” page. When you are ready to fulfill your reward click on the link provided on your “My Favors” and it will take you to vender website to complete the reward. When you have fulfilled the reward, don’t forget to check the fulfilled box on your “My Favors” dashboard.

The ‘My Favors’ page is your FriendlyFavor dashboard. From here, you can check on your FriendlyFavors, along with any Favors you receive from others.
In ‘My Favors’ you can see who most recently responded to your FriendlyFavor and which Favors from others you may be interested in. It also allows you access to any of your FriendlyFavors at any time – from here you may make changes or update the status of your own FriendlyFavor and respond to someone else’s.
You choose how private or public you would like your FriendlyFavor to be.
You can decide if the people in your network (your “Peeps”) will see each other or if your list of contacts is kept private.
When you are creating your FriendlyFavor you are able to choose who will receive and see the FriendlyFavor. There are 2 privacy levels, public or private. Make sure to select the privacy level you feel most comfortable with.
You will get to make this choice with each individual FriendlyFavor, so you can cater it to you specific Offer or Request.
To get a new password:
You can change your password by clicking on My Account at the top of any page. Type in your old password then type in your new password and confirm. When you are finished, click the Change Password button.
